Information & use
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted solely to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
Location
The Application does not collect precise real-time information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-party access
Since the Application does not collect information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.
Data Retention
Bookmark Ledger is designed around local device storage. Reading records, quotes, notes, tags, ratings and app preferences remain on your device for as long as you keep them in the Application. BOOST CUSTOMS LTD does not retain these local records on external servers. Information you voluntarily provide by contacting the Service Provider may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or maintain necessary business records.
Data Deletion
You can remove locally stored app content using the Application's available deletion controls or by uninstalling the Application, which removes its local storage from your device. If you have voluntarily provided information to the Service Provider by email or another direct channel, you may request deletion of that information by contacting esme0thornton@gmail.com, subject to any retention required by applicable law.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. If personal information is voluntarily provided by other means, appropriate parental or guardian consent is required where applicable.
Security & breach notification
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure is limited. No security system is completely secure, however, and the Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to systems and any information it holds. If a breach occurs involving voluntarily provided information, notification will be made as required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will publish the revised version with an updated effective date. Previous versions may be requested from the Service Provider using the contact address below.
Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
